Actuator Works

At the gear level, the engine speed can be transmitted through two sets of gears to the output rod. The main reducer is accomplished by planetary gears, which are realized by the worm gear, which is fixed in a central position by a set of tensioned springs. In the event of an overload, that is, when the output rod exceeds the set torque of the spring, the central worm wheel will be axially displaced, and the switch and signal device will be fine-tuned to provide protection for the system. The output rod is coupled to the worm wheel when the engine is operating and is coupled to the handwheel during manual operation by the coupling effect of the external change lever control. When the engine does not work, you can easily cut off the motor drive, and just press the lever can be connected to the hand wheel. Since the motor drive takes precedence over manual operation, reverse action automatically occurs when the engine is started again. This prevents the handwheel from opening when the engine is running, helping to protect the system.
