Valve Actuator For All Types Of Gate Valves
- Oct 20, 2017 -

A valve driver is a device used to operate a valve and connect it to a valve. The device can be driven by a power source of manual, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic or combination forms, and the motion process can be controlled by the size of stroke, torque or axial thrust.

The valve actuator can be divided into two kinds of straight stroke and angular travel according to the movement mode. The direct travel drive device is a multiple rotary valve driver, which is mainly applicable to all kinds of gate valves, globe valve and throttle valve, and so on, the angular stroke drive device, which is only a part of Rotary 90° turning angle, Valve Control Actuators is mainly applicable to all kinds of ball valves, Valve Control Actuators butterfly valves and so on.

The valve drive can be divided into manual (handle handwheel type, Spring lever type) according to energy form. Electric (electromagnetic, motor-type), pneumatic (diaphragm type, cylinder type, vane type, air engine type, film and ratchet combination), liquid (hydraulic cylinder type, hydraulic motor type), linkage (electro-hydraulic linkage, gas-liquid linkage) and other forms.

Valve driver is suitable for two-pass, three-way VB-3200 series and VF-3200 series dn25-dn52 regulating valve.

Valve Drive Features

1.24V AC voltage synchronization can be reversed to achieve.

2. The use of small-stroke switch limit

3. Fireproof ABS plastic Housings.

4. Convenient on-site installation.

5. Apply the direct stroke control valve under 23mm.

Valve actuator is a reversible synchronous motor drive, valve stem up or down to open and close the valve. When the valve fully open or full off, Valve Control Actuators the actuator produced a reaction force, so that the actuator internal micro-switch power off, the actuator stopped working. When the actuator receives the control signal, Valve Control Actuators it can open the valve to a certain degree and can stop at any point stably without the signal.
